This presentation provides an overview of the Tech Hero Management software. The system is unique to the industry as it takes full advantage of the Internet to provide real time information to allow our Heroes to respond quickly and efficiently to customer needs.

Each Tech will have a fully ruggedized tablet PC connected to the internet via a cellular modem. We have designed the application to be easy to use with this device, everything is driven by simply tapping on the touchscreen.

The first screen we see is the secure login. Each Tech will have their own login and password to ensure customer records are kept secure.
